1. Sign up for free.

This is your first order on Promo-KiSS, but you don’t have a user account? Go directly to the form "Create a new account" or via User > Register, to create your customer’s account.
 
Registration is completely free and without obligation to purchase. Enter your name, email address and your personal password. You will receive a registration confirmation email with the details of your username and password. Once you have created your account and received the registration confirmation by email, you can edit your profile via User > My profile.
 
In "My profile", you can add your addresses (shipping, billing), view your saved offers and your order history, and change your password. Be sure to verify your contact information (it would be a pity to deliver your goodies to your neighbour ;-). If you want to be delivered at an address different from your billing address, you have the opportunity to complete as many addresses as you want and choose the right one at the end of the purchasing process. Shipping costs are 20 € (VAT excluded) per order and are free for any order exceeding 495 € (VAT excluded) in the Benelux and France.
 

2. Find the promotional item

There are several ways to browse our catalogue.
 - You can access the entire catalogue in 1 click via the drop-down menu CATALOGUE À on our homepage.
 - Via our homepage, through our various links "Our Best Sales", "Our USB sticks", "It just came out", "Sales" and "For this season".
 - Via the search engine on our homepage.
Once in the catalogue, via the left column (which is a summary of the drop-down menu) which allows you to know in which category and subcategory you are.
 

3. Selection of the promotional item and different options

Once you have picked an item, you must select the desired quantity and, for some items, choose among the different available colours (you can view the details of the available stock by colour via the Stock x button under the picture of each product). Indicate if you wish to order with OR without print.
- If you indicated "no print", simply click on "Calculate Total Price" to have an overview of the amount of your order.
- If you have opted for a print:
• you need to determine the print position(s) (you can get a technical plan in PDF-format to have a view of the different positions available on the selected item) via the button: "Print position scheme".
• Select the printing technique (printing techniques vary depending on the item, the button « ? » helps you determine the most appropriate technique).
• You must then determine the number of colours, depending on your logo, visual and/or text.
• To ensure accurate colour reproduction, we use the Pantone C reference.
• You can transmit your logo or artwork via the button "Browse" in the following formats: .EPS, .AI, .PDF (vector), .TIFF or .JPG (picture). Your pictures must have a minimum definition of 300 dpi, in 1:1 format.
• You can determine the delivery date. The proposed dates take into account the time required for production and delivery.
• In the "comment/text to print" box, you can enter the text that you want to print on your item, along with the desired font or any other comments.
• Once you have provided all the details, you can click on 'Calculate Total price' in order to have an overview of the final price of your order.
 
Click on « Order » to add your order to the Shopping Cart or on "Offer" to save your selection.
 

4. Do you have any questions for us?

You hesitate between several products? You have questions on printing techniques, on deadlines, on the print position scheme, on the type of files to be transmitted? You want some advice, some information, an idea for your marketing campaign, some payment facilities?

5. Your basket is full, it’s time to finalise your purchase

You have made your choice; you have validated the different customisation options. You can place your order! Select your method of payment (you can opt for a payment by credit card or by bank transfer) and delivery. By default the billing address is set up as your shipping address. If you want to ship it to a different address, check the ad hoc button and enter your new delivery address. The deadlines are indicative.
 

6. Payment of your order

After you have validated your addresses (billing and shipping), your payments and delivery methods, you will be redirected to the summary of your order. You just have to accept the terms to complete your purchase. If you have opted for a payment by bank transfer, your online buying process stops here. You will receive an automatic email containing the details of your order. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you have to click on the Ogone logo to access the secure payment screen. Orders will be taken into account upon receipt of full payment.
 

7. Prepress Proofing & Validation of the Proof

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you your proof by email so that you can control the files that will be sent to print. We rely on your thorough inspection of the proof to detect and correct errors (misspelling, telephone numbers…). Orders will not go to press until we receive your proof approval by email. Your payment has been made and validated by our financial service; printing of your order will be launched within 24 hours.
 

8. Tracking your order.

9. Delivery

Delivery will be made by carriers selected by Promo-KiSS, such as TNT… We can offer you delivery days at checkout to suit you, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. These may vary depending on the carriers and their route planning.
 

10. You need an offer?

You want a cost estimate? After selecting your product and its printing options (step 3 of this guide), just click on the "Offer" button. You can consult the offer and convert it to an order by logging into your account via User > My profile.
 
 

11. Your logo is not in the requested format? Your files are of poor quality?

You are unable to send us your print in an EPS, AI or Vector PDF file format? The resolution of your files is of poor quality/resolution? Our graphic studio will be happy to help you, with a surcharge.
