How do I become a client?
Are you looking for promotional products? Corporate or promotional gifts? Something original or trendy? In order to create your account on Promo-KiSS, you just need to fill the right account information. You will then receive your username and password by email.
What can I access via my Promo-KiSS account?
You can access all your data: your username and password, your billing and shipping address and your order history.
How to get promotional offers?
To receive all promotional offers of Promo-KiSS, enter your email address under the tab 'Subscribe to our newsletter ' and click on 'Register '.
I've forgotten my username
If you have forgotten your password or your username, click on the link "Forgot your password?" under the tab "User". Once on the account page, enter your email address. You will then receive your username and password by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, changing or cancelling your order is possible as long as the press proof isn't signed for approval.
Personalisation & Printing
How many colours can I print on a product?
The number of colours depends on the type of printing and the type of surface. It is indicated on each product sheet. Our team is at your disposal to answer any question and to advise you with your purchase through the online help, via email at info@promo-kiss.com or by phone at + 32 (0) 10 410 005.
What information do I need to provide to order a print?
The press proof is produced according to the data submitted:
- Your logo, preferably in .EPS, .AI, .PDF (vector file), .TIFF or .Jpg (image) format.
- Your pictures must have a minimum definition of 300 dpi, in 1:1 format.
- Your texts must be entered in the 'comment' field of the product sheet.
The position of the print must be mentioned (on each product sheet, you will find a PDF file with the schematic drawing of the different printing positions and sizes available). If you want to print a message, you can send us the text as well as the desired font style and colour. To ensure accurate colour reproduction, we use the Pantone C reference.
The press proof will be sent by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. This will give you the opportunity to check the details and make any change before the production process.
My logo is not in the requested format, my logo is of poor quality?
If you are unable to send us your print in a graphics file format (AI, EPS, Vector PDF, TIFF or JPEG) or if the resolution of your files (less than 300 DPI format 1:1) is too low to guarantee a good printing quality, our graphic studio will be happy to help you, with a surcharge of 65 € (excl. VAT, with each started hour counting as a full hour).
What is the difference between Pantone and CMYK print?
A Pantone colour is a pure shade which is universally recognized thanks to the Pantone Reference Chart. The CMYK is a combination of 4 colours to get your desired shade. The result of this process depends on the type of printer and surface.
Do I get a proof before the production?
Yes, you will systematically receive an email – before production and for each product – containing a proof in PDF-format, to be signed for approval.
What are the available printing techniques?
The available printing techniques are: pad printing, doming, screen printing, embossing, digital printing, laser engraving (YAG or CO2), transfer printing, embroidery, flocking and sublimation. See our printing techniques.
The printing process depends on the type of object.
Are there any technical costs I need to consider?
The quality of the print is important to strengthen your message, your logo and/or text in accordance with your graphic charter. All printing costs are included in the price calculation, regardless of the number of colours, the type of print and the number of ordered items.

What is a promotional item?
A promotional item is a tool to convey a message in a powerful way with a useful, universal and quality object. To be as effective as possible, the choice should be adapted to the target group, the objective of the marketing operation and the distribution method. Promotional merchandising is just as important as paper-based communication. One goes with the other, it is part of a whole.
Can I check if a product is in stock?
Yes, you can see the current stock status of any product. Stock levels are automatically updated every hour.
Can I order a sample?
You can order samples to ensure the right product choice and quality prior to orders being placed. Samples must be returned in original condition as well as original packaging. If not, you will be charged the catalogue price + € 6.50 administration fee and shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs are at your expense. We can also provide you with a paper proof (article printed with your logo) or, for customized orders, with a preproduction prototype at an additional cost. Why do I have to pay taxes like BEBAT, RECUPEL and AUVIBEL?
BEBAT
For all deliveries within Belgium, we have to charge a € 0.075 legal contribution per supplied battery to cover the costs of collection and recycling. This amount is transferred to the non-profit organization BEBAT. The charge appears separately on the invoice. For more information, please visit the website www.bebat.be.
RECUPEL
For all deliveries within Belgium, we have to charge a legal contribution on electronic devices to cover the costs of collection and recycling. This contribution is transferred to RECUPEL. For more information, please visit the website www.recupel.be.
AUVIBEL
For all deliveries of USB sticks/MP3 players… within Belgium, we have to charge a legal contribution to cover the costs of collective rights management for the private copying of protected sound and audio-visual works. For more information, please visit the website www.auvibel.be.
These charges appear separately on the invoice.
These contributions are imposed by law. In case of non-compliance with the legislation, both the supplier and the customer will be held responsible. Heavy fines have already been imposed for non-compliance with these legal requirements. These amounts do not appear next to the items in the online store because we are an international company and this contribution is only mandatory for deliveries within Belgium.
Orders
When will I get my proof?
You will receive an email with the PDF proof within the 24 to 48 hours.

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?
The minimum amount required is € 80.00 per order (excluding VAT and shipping).
Can private individuals also place orders?
Yes.
How do I make the payment?
For all orders with or without printing, payment is made directly at the end of the online purchase process, either by credit card or bank transfer (with our agreement). For payments by bank transfer, we request a deposit for new customers or for large orders. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As long as you have not given your final agreement on the order confirmation and the digital proof, you can change or cancel your order.
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
After placing your online order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you opted for printed material, you will also get a digital proof. You need to sign the documents for approval and return them to us by email.
When will my order be delivered?
Products without print are delivered directly from stock, upon receipt of the signed order confirmation, within 3 to 4 working days. Articles with print are delivered via standard shipment, within 10 to 15 business days AFTER receiving the order confirmation and digital proof signed for approval.
If you wish an express delivery, please specify it in the comment box when making your order. Additional costs will be charged.

Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping rate is of € 20.00 per order (VAT excluded) and are free for all orders above 495.00 € (VAT excluded) in the Benelux and France.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver everywhere in Europe but for countries outside the Benelux and France, the shipping costs are on request.
Customer service
What are the warranty terms and conditions?
We grant a warranty on all our articles, under normal use.
The imprint does not match the proof.
In this case, please send us back the defective items, in order to make a new production as soon as possible.
The delivered quantity does not match the invoice.
We reserve the right to have a variation and delivery of up to 6% above or below the quantity of the goods ordered, for technical reasons related to production and printing.
What if my order contains a defective item?
You are entitled to a right of withdrawal of 14 days on non-printed goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to printed articles. No return and refund will be allowed for errors found in products following proof approval.
